To make a template (.pot file) available in the PowerPoint General/Design
Templates splash screen, open the .pot file in PowerPoint and SAVE
AS Design Template (.pot).
Note to Netscape Users: Some versions of Netscape may not
be able to download the .pot files. If you have difficulty opening
these templates, use Internet Explorer.
